Ratio Interactive, a rapidly growing cutting edge mobile/web application development firm in Pioneer Square whose specialties are Mobile Strategy/Design and Interactive Web Design, is seeking a talented Android Developer.

Android Developer| Responsibilities:

Work on Android application architecture and drive development using the latest mobile standards.
Participate in all phases of our software development life cycle to convert concepts and specifications into released Android applications and features.
Mastery of Android development
A solid understanding of algorithms, memory management, and concurrent programming.
Strong experience detecting and correcting memory usage issues, and optimizing code for application performance.

Android Developer | Requirements:

Skilled Java engineer
Android SDK
Experience starting projects from scratch and jumping in to an existing architecture.
Experience with mobile web application development.
Very comfortable with unit testing and rapid release cycles.
Experience developing web and native software for mobile devices including experience with Javascript on mobile devices recommended
Experience with SQLite databases.
Very comfortable learning new technologies, tools and platforms.
