Job Description
We’re looking for some new team members at Tack Mobile, a mobile development and design shop based in Denver, CO. We offer a fun and dynamic working environment and the unique opportunity to work on a diverse set of both client and internal applications. We’re a seasoned, laid back group of devs and designers that enjoy what we do, and are looking for the same qualities in you. Our office has a pool.
iOS Developer
The ideal candidate will have a desire to continually learn and stay abreast of the latest iOS and/or Android technologies. A good base is required, and you should have experience with the below technologies:
- Basic APIs (Core Location, MapKit, WebKit, etc
- Intermediate APIs (Core Data, Grand Central Dispatch, etc)
- Some advanced APIs (Core Audio, Quartz, etc)
- XML processing
- JSON/REST services
- A scripting language (Ruby/Python/Groovy/Etc)
- A working knowledge of SQL and your favorite RDBMS (bonus points for NoSQL experience)
- Working knowledge of Git
Most of our applications have supporting services, so Rails and web experience is a plus. We also do Android development, this is a big plus.
