Grindr is seeking an Android Application Developer to work with the product and technical teams to deliver a variety of applications. The right professional will have experience creating native Android applications from conception to production. Most importantly, the Android Application Developer should be passionate about learning new technology, tools and methods. Grindr is a relatively new company; as such we need someone who is willing wear many hats as needed, needs little supervision, able to interact with a variety of people and personality types.

Android Developer | Responsibilities:
- Build awesome mobile applications.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, documentation, implementation, quality assurance and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Participate in code and architecture reviews.
Android Developer | Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science plus 4 years of experience.
- Four (4) years of hands on experience developing production Android mobile applications.
- Expert knowledge of Java.
- Knowledge of web services, specifically REST APIs.
