Job Description
Android Developer | Responsibilities:
- You will lead the development and launch of new features and functionality of our Android client software
- You will own the operational excellence of software used by millions of users
- You will collaborate with other development teams like design, server team and web team
- You are adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical people, both local and remote
- You are passionate about creating great consumer applications
Android Developer | Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Java Experience (Must know common JAVA classes)
- Experience developing native mobile applications
- Experience with Agile (SCRUM, RUP, XP), OO modeling, web services, UNIX, middleware and databases
- Understanding of VPN technologies and networking
- Skilled objected-oriented analysis, design and implementation
- Ability to complete code with minimum supervision
- A track record of delivering quality bug free code on schedule
Android Developer | Preferred:
- Client-side HTTP proxies
- Experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript
- Virtual private networks, SSL
- Client-side privacy and/or security management
- Web content parsing
