Help us fix the broken industry of workforce management! We need to add a iOS Engineer to our Mobile Product Development Team, who will be contributing to our robust workforce management apps – When I Work and WageBase. Our mission is to help every single hourly worker in the world work the right hours – the ones THEY want – at the right time. Our apps are fast, smart tools that are reinventing the standard for simplicity and mobility – and they’re the core of who we are. We build for our end-users, using the newest and best technology, and we have fun doing it!

iOS Engineer | Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be working alongside our product development team.
  • In addition to development, you’ll have the opportunity to offer ideas, feedback and perspective on everything we produce. This is our expectation!
  • Your ideas and code will be put in production and used by thousands all over the world.

We are looking for a solid iOS Developer who:

  • Wants to build something meaningful, always with the end-user in mind
  • Is a forward thinker, obsessed with good software design and best practices
  • Loves creating apps that people can’t keep their fingers off
  • Brings passion, innovation and problem solving to every endeavor
  • Has a preoccupation with staying on top of industry trends and new technology
  • Desires to be personally responsible for production-level code
  • Possesses ingenuity to leverage all available tools and resources
  • Communicates well, both written and verbally

iOS Engineer | Requirements:

  • Significant real-world experience in mobile iOS Application Development
  • Familiarity with Source Control (Subversion/GIT)
  • Expertise in Database Design and Concepts (MySQL, SQLite, CoreData, ORM)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs

iOS Engineer | Preferred :

  • A history of working on beautiful UX apps
  • Experience with Android Development
  • Contributions to Open-Source Projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of:
    • iOS 7 intricacies and private APIs
    • HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript and AJAX (JQuery)
