iOS Developer | Responsibilities:
- Working in an integrated team to execute on 4moms’ first ever mobile initiative
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Create and grow internal APIs while consuming external data sources
- Test driving thin slices of potentially deliverable business value
- Participating in short iterations, daily stand-ups, regular retrospectives and peer-driven code reviews
- Pair programming in an open workspace at first-class workstations
- Rapid-prototyping as a means to clean and precise solutions
iOS Developer | Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in computer science or other related computer field
- 3+ years of iOS experience
- 5+ years of objected oriented design
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Willingness to jump out of iOS, should the need arise
- Strong team and interpersonal communication skills
iOS Developer | Preferred:
- Agile (XP, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience using Git
- Experience building server-side APIs
- Experience with Android and / or embedded software development
- Test driven development / behavior driven development
- Understanding of SOA, SOLID, and Clean Code
- Contributions to open source
