iOS Developer | Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cutting edge, data intensive, iOS mobile applications.
- Own and implement the iOS mobile client for consumer facing mobile services.
- Work closely with backend engineers to understand the server challenges, and assist in defining scalable APIs for the mobile client.
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure an effective agile process with incremental feature delivery and quick turnaround of improvements based on user feedback.
- Work closely with graphic designers and incorporate current UX design trends to deliver fresh and cutting edge consumer user interfaces.
iOS Developer | Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including significant experience with C, C++, Objective C, Cocoa, and Cocoa Touch.
- 3+ years of iOS mobile development with Objective C and Cocoa Touch.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build dynamic multi-threaded mobile apps.
- Experience as a member of an agile development team.
- Expert-level coding experience with Objective C, with full command of the Cocoa Touch Framework.
- Expert-level understanding of networking protocols, in particular HTTP.
- Experience with test automation for mobile applications.
- Experience with web related technologies, in particular REST and JSON.
- Experience with embedded local storage solutions such as SQLite.
- Expert understanding of image manipulation and animation techniques.
- Experience publishing to Apple App Store, Google Play, and Amazon App Store.
