Job Description

We currently have a team of 7 developers that focus on C# and the .NET MVC framework. We are seeking to add a developer that has experience developing iOS applications as we look to build a streaming video application for both iPhone and iPad. This developer’s primary role would be working with our team to build and maintain any iOS applications. However, there will be other web related projects that the developer would also be working on since our team primarily works in C# for all other web development, so having C#, Java and/or VB.net experience is a must.

iOS Developer | Responsibilities:

Report to the Vice President of Software and Experience
Work with our in-house software development and design teams to build, test and maintain all externally accessible websites and applications
Provide experience and insight to iOS development and work with the rest of the team to build and maintain any iOS applications
Become intimately familiar with the way each site/application Interacts with the servers, the database and each other application.
Be available for any customers interaction that would allow us to learn more about the way our sites and applications are working.
Be available for collaborating with our IT team on implementing new technology for serving our sites and applications.

iOS Developer | Requirements:

iOS/Objective C development experience (not app wrappers like PhoneGap)
Some experience with C#, VB.net and/or Java languages Experience with HTML/XHTML, Javascript, MSSQL 2012, GitHub, .NET MVC, SOA
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with a team where the necessary resources do not report directly to this position.
Details oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated and high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
Experience with Photoshop or other design tools is a plus, but not required
