Job Description
We are currently seeking a web app developer to create and maintain applications used within our product line. Primary responsibilities include creating new projects, team collaboration, and documentation.
Android Developer | Responsibilities:
- Creation of Android applications in Java
- Identify opportunities for software development process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
- Create and maintain Software requirement and design documentation.
Android Developer | Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IS, IT, or Computer Science or an equivalent Technical degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience developing software in Java/HTML 5
- HTTPS/SSL/TLS server creation and credentials management
- Firm grasp on using Android SDK
- Experience with iOS and Objective-C is a plus
- Experience with HTML 5 is a plus
- Familiar with WebSocket, specifically Socket.IO, AJAX, as well as XML and JSON
- Familiar with 9-patch images, screen layout concepts, and UI design fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate well with team members at all levels
- Must be task oriented and able to manage multiple priority tasks simultaneously
- Must be ready to rock!
