iOS Engineer | Responsibilities:

  • Involved in all aspects of development and maintenance of our Gyft iOS apps.
  • Work within a small team of 6 engineers, all committed to ridding the world of plastic gift cards.
  • Have exposure with working alongside big brands such as Gap, Sephora and Target.
  • Have direct impact and responsibility of working on a high-profile app.
  • Working closely with the Android and Web App developers
  • Open floor space

Testers, UX Designers, Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Developers of all sorts sit together for fast collaboration

iOS Engineer | Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of software development experience. A B.S. degree in a computer related engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.

  • You are a Sr. iOS Developer
  • You have excellent Cocoa and Objective-C coding ability
  • Thorough understanding of UIKit
  • Experience working with Auto Layout, Core Data, Core Location and client-server communication
  • Understanding of UX/UI and how to realise it through code is essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven record of completing projects on-time
  • Experience of having released at least one app into the Apple AppStore
  • It would be advantageous to have Web application development experience in: REST, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3
