Job Description
After the incredibly successful launch of its native IOS app, IGN has now set its sights on overhauling its Android App–take a look at our current app and you will understand why. We are looking for a kick ass freelance Android developer to work with our crack team of in-house mobile developers to impart his/her knowledge of Android development and lead them to higher palne of Android consciousness.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with video delivery on Android, building custom UI components, API consumption, and the myriad of issues associated with providing a seamless user experience from one device to another regardless of the version of the operationg system or the manufacturer’s tweaks to it.
Engagement is expected to last 3-4 months.
Experience: 2 Years Android development minimum. Must have experience with video delivery on Android.
